This charming apartment had everything for a PLEASANT stay for the weekend. Reasonably large room with private bathroom was much appreciated. Stuff was amicable and lovely.

The place and rooms are prepared with love. The host is excellent, attentive and caring, always giving the best advice. The staff is lovely and the food is delicious. The garden is gorgeous to hang out and the bed is perfect for a good night's sleep.

Dee, the host, was so dope and made us feel at home. We had mad fun chilling in the sick common areas and the garden was straight fire. Dee hooked us up with a dope village walking tour and helped us arrange transport. The room was hella comfy with a sick fan. The vibes here were on point and we didn't wanna leave.
If I had to mention one thing for all the party people out there, it would be dope to have a lit party area or a sick bar where we could turn up and have a blast with our crew. It would take the vibes at Mkoani Homestay to the next level!

Our stay at Mkoani Homestay was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The host, Dee, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even took us on a tour of the town. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with stunning views of Kilimanjaro. We enjoyed delicious meals, including a breakfast with fresh fruit every day. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Mkoani Homestay to anyone visiting the area.
That the property is a bit far from town, but it was easy and affordable to take a tuk tuk. Additionally, the lighting could be improved, but it was still adequate.
